The role
This role is wide-ranging and will span everything from joining pitches to new clients, conducting research, support for users and participation in the product roadmap. You will work with our Co-Founders on selling the Evident AI Index to major banks. In particular, our Technical Account Manager is responsible for answering technical questions about the Evident AI Index during sales conversations and translating feedback from prospects and customers into insights for our product team. You will contribute to the development and refinement of our Index, and analyse data and formulate insights that help us deliver value to prospects and customers. You will be a power user of our Index and data, know all the latest features and technical detail on the Index and the underlying data.

Core skills
- Previous experience communicating directly with customers, ideally in enterprise sales. You are able to understand client questions and feedback, and consolidate it into requirements to help drive the product forward.
- Strong data analysis skills. In particular, the ability to translate data into insights and explain complex concepts both on sales calls and in writing.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- You are organised, have exceptional attention to detail and are able to meet deadlines.
- You are comfortable in a fast-paced working environment.
Nice to have
- Previous sales experience.
- Ability to design professional-grade presentation slides, charts and documents.
- Additional language skills (esp. French/Spanish/German).
- Willingness and ability to contribute to written materials, such as in-depth reports, technical guides, blog posts and sales materials.
